1998年，哈尔滨市征收排污费范围6 113户，增加1 913户；征收排污费4 220万元，比上年多收560万元，增长15．3％。1998年，全市通过法院强制执行收费62起，因拒缴排污费行政拘留1人。对全市19个环境监理部门和106户企业排污费收、缴情况进行稽查，查处金额430万元。(徐鹏明) |
